I am a certified health coach passionate about baking healthier treats for kids and families.

Once I became a mother, I became even more dedicated to providing my daughter and family with baked goods made from simple ingredients. I started recipe testing baked goods that had limited (or no) natural sugars and were free of refined flours and additives while still tasting GREAT! That’s when I set about baking from my home kitchen and sharing my treats with friends and family. Now, you can enjoy those baked goods yourself and feel good about sharing them with your children and families too!
